Thank you Delilah and Paradesa Borneo for a fun cycling tour in the nearby Kampungs of Kuching, Sarawak. Enjoyed the easy ride through different neighborhoods, as well as the Jungle Mango – Dabai (never seen/ tasted one before – very good!!), the Nasi with a delicious local type of olive, and the 3 layered tea drink with bamboo sugar at the local market. Good luck and take care!

What You'll Do
Think you’ve seen all the sights and visited all the museums in Kuching? Try taking our unique bike tour to explore the other side of Kuching, rarely visited by outsiders!
With a local tour guide, Kuching’s hidden gems are easy to explore, like the Malay kampongs lining the banks of the great Sarawak River! Take a sampan boat across the river and experience first hand how the kampong folks live by visiting a traditional Malay wooden stilt house full of historical stories to tell!
Along the way, you can explore the vibrant and exotic open-air market of Kubah Ria. Marvel at the variety of colors of tropical fresh fruits and vegetables, shop for local handicrafts at non-tourist prices and discover a whole range of jungle produce including unique wild ferns, exotic vegetables, and orchid plants. For the slightly more adventurous, there is always snake meat and sago worms on offer to test the limit of one’s tolerance! The market is a must-visit, especially for weekend visitors.

Wauw, we really enjoyed this tour. We did the city, kampung half day tour with Kelvin as our tourguide. No need to have a big breakfast before you go, because you will eat plenty of foods during the tour and enough water is provided. We both eat vegetarian and also that was well taken care of. Kelvin is a great tourguide. He knows a lot and could answer almost all our questions. And besides that, he is just a great guy to hang out with. Don’t hesitate because of the price (we did a bit), it’s worth it!
We had an amazing half day bike tour with Farhah. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. The biking was easy on sealed roads. The tour took us through several Kampong villages where we were able to see the houses. The tour continued to a local food market where we were able to see different fruits and vegetables. Finished the tour with lunch- yummy Sarawak Laksa. Farhah is bubbly, friendly and passionate about what she does. Great job!
